Here are some "photogrid" designs I worked up. Comment if you’d like.

So today Bee created a killer workout from things around the cabin. Who needs a gym when you’ve got such a creative wife. It was a tough session too. At the end she asked if I wanted to add anything and I suggested that we push the car up the driveway in neutral. (sort of like the world’s strongest man competitions that used to be on ESPN2) The kids joined in when they could and also enjoyed sprinting around while we cheered for them.
Here it is:
1. Warm up with a couple of easy laps jogging around the house.
2. Push-ups on the dock then run to the campfire and do tricep dips and then run back to the dock for more push-ups. Repeat 3 times.

3. Next we moved to the driveway and did deadlifts with a watering can and then sprinted around the house. Push it on the hills!

Next it was Russian Twists with the anti-freeze can.
Then a series of step-ups with inclined push-ups inbetween. First curls then lateral raises on the step-ups.

Then we finished it off with some car pushing!

Yes she really pushed it. It was a fun, challenging session.
